Barbaro Redeux?

Michael Matz is at it again. Yes, he has another top Derby prospect.  The former Olympian, U.S. Show Jumper extraordinaire is as good at training race horses as he was riding the world's top show jumpers.  Union Rags is certainly one to watch. 



He is a good looking horse too!  He won the Fountain of Youth Stakes and has won four of his five starts with his lone loss to the lovely gray Hansen last fall in the Breeder's Cup Juvenile.  His last start before the Derby will be the $1 million Florida Derby on March 31st. 

I am looking forward to this year's race.  I always love a good horse race, but would it not be great to see another Matz horse win?
