Make Mine Bamboo
The timeless elegance of bamboo cannot be overstated. While it may scream "Palm Beach" to some, it reminds me more of Dorothy Draper at the Greenbriar. Mix it with traditional decor to add a little punch or use it alone to give you that tropical look. It never fades.

I love bamboo too. I think in small doses it looks quite elegant. That fixture is great.
ReplyDeleteI love old bamboo from the late 1800s, very British Colonial. I'd love to find a large gifted bamboo mirror. I think it will have to be older. The new tilted gold just looks too harsh to me. I love that old rich gold. The lantern is beautiful. Lovely post..as always.
